ok baj Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the ok baj platform and all related services. When you create an account on ok baj, log in, or use any of its services in any way, these terms automatically come into effect. This document is considered a binding agreement.

ok baj reserves the right to modify these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. Please check this page regularly.

To open an account on ok baj, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a permanent or temporary resident of Bangladesh.
• Must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
• Each person may operate only one account.
• Must cooperate with any identity verification (KYC) process.

If multiple accounts are opened by the same person, they will be suspended or closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. It is the user's responsibility to inform ok baj immediately if any registration details change.

2.1 Account Security

Your username and password are strictly confidential. ok baj bears no responsibility if you share this information with or grant account access to another person. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.2 Account Verification

ok baj may request documents to confirm a user's identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. This process is in place to protect user information.

ok baj currently processes transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. All four methods can be used for both deposits and withdrawals.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Before processing a withdrawal request, ok baj will verify whether the user has met the wagering requirements for any applicable bonus. Payments may be put on hold if any unusual transaction patterns are detected.

3.1 Transaction Responsibility

3.2 Suspicious Transactions

ok baj takes a strict stance against money laundering, fraud and any illegal financial activity. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

ok baj offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before use.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. The bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making a total balance of ৳2,000 — you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 before withdrawing.

4.2 Other Promotions

Other offers — including the weekly ok baj reward and the Friday ok baj festival — also have separate wagering requirements. Each promotion must be claimed within its specified time period.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, using bots, or engaging in any form of manipulation is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

The following rules apply to placing bets in ok baj's sportsbook and casino sections:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled, unless ok baj declares it void due to an error.
• For bets left incomplete due to technical issues, ok baj will investigate and make a decision.
• ok baj is not responsible for loss of internet connection.
• After a match result is announced, bet payouts will be credited to the account within 24 hours.

5.1 Cricket Betting

Bets can be placed on T20, BPL, IPL and ICC tournament matches. If a match is abandoned before the scheduled overs are completed due to rain or any other reason, ok baj will determine the result in accordance with International Cricket Council rules.

5.2 Live Casino and Slots

For live casino games, the game provider's own rules also apply. The RTP and volatility of each slot game are stated in that game's information section.

The ok baj VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier.

• Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Cashback is a portion of the week's total net losses (total losses minus total wins). Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on consistent activity and transaction history.

Subject to meeting applicable withdrawal conditions, any available balance will be returned before the account is closed. However, bonus balances and amounts with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited.

• Losses caused by the user's device or internet issues.
• Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
• Software bugs or technical errors from game providers.

If a game result is disputed for technical reasons, ok baj will review server logs to reach a final decision, which will be considered binding.
